KSB
KSB had a need to identify a suitable partner located in the South East of the UK to support and promote their Service activities within multiple market sectors. MKE were an obvious choice when short listed as a potential partner due to a long history of working together.
Following a series of meetings and an audit, MKE were awarded Service Partner status by KSB, thus we are now able to provide our customers with a level of local support previously not possible.

MKE’s expertise in motor fault diagnosis and repair is an added benefit to the partnership agreement. Over the course of our partnership MKE have provided KSB with a high level of service with both mechanical and electrical repairs of submersible and dry installed pumps.
Most recently we provided a detailed analysis of a 315kW motor which KSB believed was the likely cause of high vibration on a vertical pump set. Inspection of the motor has revealed several issues which when corrected will resolve the problem.
