MKE Wins Employer of the Year Award
MKE is thrilled to share the exciting news of our recent triumph at the 2023 IPS International Engineering Awards. It is with great pride that we announce our recognition as Employer of the Year 2023!
This serves as a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering a thriving and supportive work environment for engineers, technicians, staff members and apprentices. We believe in the power of investing in our employees, which is why we always ensure that at least 10% of our workforce are apprentices, where we encourage ongoing learning and development within the engineering industry.
The award was accepted by our Operations Manager, Shaun Stickings and was interviewed by Made In Kent Radio shortly after.
