Our History

Our history is important to us, from the very beginning we have held a focus on using traditional craft skills as well as the latest technological techniques. 

Founded by Colin Savage in 1955 as a family-run business, take a look at our journey from past to present.

We carry out a wide range of in-house services including electric motor, pump and gearbox repairs, motor control and panel building, dynamic fan balancing, manufacturing and reclamation of machine parts and specialist project work.

The focal point for our operation is the 50,000 SQ.FT facility based in Sittingbourne, which doubles as the head office. 

We carry out a wide range of in-house services including electric motors, pump and gearbox repairs, motor control and panel building, dynamic fan balancing, manufacturing and reclamation of machine parts and specialist project work.

Our Fleet

MKE has on-site service teams that have access to our fleet of vehicles (including crane mounted lorries) to offer removal, collection and delivery, all you need to do is contact us and we handle the rest!

We enjoy our work and as a result are available 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year with teams that can respond to your emergency breakdown situations, minimising any loss in productivity for the customers. 

We recognise that any loss in revenue for our customers can be very costly, therefore our ability to respond quickly and efficiently to our customer needs, particularly in emergency situations is of paramount importance.
